Daily Backups
We will make sure your data is secure! All your critical data is backed up daily. More frequent backups (example: hourly) are available through special arrangments if you require it (you can discuss this need with your sales representative). Additionally, NAS backups are also available for an extra charge (on order form).
Server Recovery & O/S Reloads
In the unlikely event of hardware failure, we will quickly get your server back up within 4-6 hours or if the hard drive fails, we will re-install the O/S at no additional fee! Routine O/S reloads are $25
General Tech Support
If you ever just need support for any issue (examples: software installation/Configuration/Support, optimizing), our advanced level system administrators are available for 1 hour of tech support per month included, then only $60/hr (half-hour increments)! It's like hiring your own tech support company for super cheap!
